Sagar Cements Limited has announced the execution of a Corporate Guarantee agreement on January 24, 2026. This guarantee is in favor of Axis Finance Limited for a term loan facility amounting to ₹74.00 Crores. The loan has been availed by one of Sagar Cements' subsidiaries, Sagar Cements (M) Private Limited, to support its ongoing project expansion. The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
