Sagar Cements Limited has submitted a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. This certificate, received from their Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), KFin Technologies Limited, pertains to the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

The RTA confirmed that during the period from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, they processed dematerialization requests within 15 days of receipt. This included confirming and approving/rejecting demat requests, verifying that the securities were listed on the stock exchanges, and subsequently mutilating and cancelling the physical share certificates.
