Safari Industries (India) Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Manish Bhatia as the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) of the Company, effective from 27th January 2026. This appointment also designates him as Senior Management under Regulation 16(1)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Manish Bhatia brings over 26 years of extensive experience in Human Resources, encompassing HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations. His career has spanned across various industries including Building Materials, Consumer Durables, Automotive IT, and Retail. Notably, he has also held a cross-functional role in Sales Leadership for over four years, providing him with a practical understanding of sales operations. He has been in HR leadership positions since 2013, with a proven track record of aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Prior to joining Safari Industries, Bhatia served as Executive Vice President – Human Resources at Greenply Industries Limited. He holds an MBA in HR from Pune University and a B. Com. from Lucknow University. The company has confirmed that his term of appointment is not applicable as he is in full-time employment.
