Sadhana Nitrochem Limited announced the submission of voting results and the Scrutinizer's Report for a postal ballot resolution, conducted in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The resolution, passed by shareholders, pertains to the appointment of Mr. Tej Mayur Contractor (DIN: 00454197) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company.

The postal ballot and remote e-voting facility were made available to shareholders for their approval. CS Hetal Doshi, or in her absence CS Rushabh Doshi, Practicing Company Secretary, served as the Scrutinizer. The results indicate that the resolution was approved by the shareholders with the requisite majority.

Out of the 101,425,451 votes polled, 101,330,857 votes were in favour, representing 99.9067% of the votes polled. Only 94,594 votes were against.
