Sab Events & Governance Now Media Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's shares. This closure is in accordance with the "Code of Conduct for Monitoring and Prevention of Insider Trading" adopted by the company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed for all Insiders, Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives), and Connected Persons, effective from January 01, 2026. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The company will separately intimate the date of the Board Meeting convened for the consideration and approval of these financial results in due course.
