Saatvik Green Energy Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Saatvik Cleantech EPC Private Limited, has received and accepted an order worth ₹20.84 Crores from a renowned Solar Developer. The order is for the Design, Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Testing, and Commissioning of a solar project on a turnkey EPC basis.

This domestic commercial contract is expected to be executed by the end of March 2026. The company has confirmed that neither the promoter nor the promoter group or group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order, and the contract does not fall within related party transactions.

This development signifies a positive step for Saatvik Green Energy in expanding its project portfolio and solidifying its position in the solar energy sector.
