Saatvik Green Energy Limited announced the results of its postal ballot through remote e-voting, which concluded on January 16, 2026. The company had sought shareholder approval for three special resolutions.

The first resolution was for the appointment of Ms. Ritu Lal as an Independent Woman Director, which was passed with an overwhelming majority, with 99.9994% of the votes polled in favour.

The second and third resolutions concerned the ratification of the Saatvik Green Energy Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme-2024, both for the company and its group and subsidiary companies. These resolutions were also passed as special resolutions, with approximately 90.72% of the votes polled in favour.

The company also confirmed that the resolutions are deemed to have been passed on January 16, 2026, the last date for remote e-voting.
