Saatvik Green Energy Limited (formerly known as Saatvik Green Energy Private Limited) has officially announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Abani Kant Jha. The resignation is effective from April 07, 2026. Mr. Jha, who holds the position of Key Managerial Personnel, has decided to step down to pursue professional opportunities outside of the Saatvik Group. The company has submitted the updated resignation letter, specifying the reason for his departure, in response to a clarification sought by BSE Limited.
