R.P.P. Infra Projects Limited announced key management changes following its Board Meeting held on January 14, 2026. The company appointed Mr. Kotiswaran Nandhiswaran as an Additional Director, designated as Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, effective from January 14, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Nandhiswaran is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over 39 years of experience.

The Board also appointed Mr. I Selvam as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) effective January 14, 2026. Mr. Selvam is a qualified Company Secretary with 11 years of experience in secretarial compliances and corporate laws.

Furthermore, the Board took note of the resignations of Mr. Sundararajan and Mr. Nagadipudur Ramasamy Thangavel from their positions as Independent Directors, effective November 18, 2025, citing family health issues, personal commitments, and personal issues respectively. The Board also noted the resignation of Mr. Shammi Prakash as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective December 5, 2025, due to personal reasons.

Consequent to these appointments and resignations, the Board also approved the reconstitution of various Board Committees in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations and the Companies Act, 2013. The Board Meeting commenced at 11:30 AM and concluded at 1:30 PM.
