RPG Life Sciences Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure will be effective from Thursday, January 1, 2026. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting, where the unaudited financial results for the said period will be considered and declared, in due course. This intimation is in compliance with the 'Code of Fair Disclosure, Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders' and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
