Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has announced the signing of a new resort, "Regenta Place Resort, Jim Corbett," in Uttarakhand. This new property, operating under the Regenta Place brand, signifies ROHL's strategic expansion into prime leisure destinations across India.

The resort is being developed by M/S VACAN HAUSS REALTY and is designed to cater to a diverse clientele, including wildlife enthusiasts, adventure seekers, and corporate groups. It will feature 50 spacious rooms, an on-site restaurant and bar, a 3,500 sq. ft. banquet hall suitable for events, and recreational facilities such as a spa, swimming pool, and gym.
