Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. has announced the signing of a new 43-key property, Regenta Place Udaipur, located in Nakoda Nagar, Udaipur, Rajasthan. The hotel will be operated under a hotel management agreement, which aligns with the company's asset-light growth strategy and aims to enhance its presence in Rajasthan's leisure and wedding market.

Regenta Place Udaipur is designed to cater to both leisure travelers and social events, featuring a 7,000 sq. ft. indoor banquet hall and a 30,000 sq. ft. landscaped lawn, making it suitable for weddings and large gatherings. The property is being developed by Mokkshi Hospitality & Services, owned by Mr. Amit Jain, and is strategically positioned near Udaipur's key attractions.

The hotel is anticipated to open by March 2026. Mr. Chander K. Baljee, Chairman & Managing Director of Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels Ltd., expressed optimism about the signing, highlighting Udaipur's potential in the leisure and destination wedding segments.
