Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has announced the signing of a new leisure property, the Regenta Hotel, Jodhpur, in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. This 200-key all-suite property will operate under a hotel management agreement, aligning with ROHL's asset-light expansion strategy. Strategically located near the Jodhpur High Court at Shatabdi Circle on New Pali Road, the hotel will span 3,623 sq. m. and is being developed as a leisure-focused destination. It will feature expansive conference and banquet facilities, a lobby bar, an all-day dining restaurant, and a rooftop pool bar. The hotel is scheduled to open by December 2029. The property is a partnership with Jodhana Real Home Private Limited & Shreeyukt.
