This strategic entry into Baddi, known as Asia's largest pharmaceutical hub, strengthens ROHL's footprint in the region. The property, located on Baddi Nalagarh Road (NH-105), will operate under a Management Agreement, aligning with the company's asset-light expansion strategy. Regenta Place Golden Castle is designed to cater to business travelers and social events. The hotel will feature 43 rooms, including Suite Rooms, Super Deluxe Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, and Executive Rooms, all equipped with modern amenities. Dining options include PINXX (multi-cuisine restaurant) and a Sky Bar and Lounge. It also offers two banquet halls, a meeting room, and a 12,000 sq. ft. lawn suitable for weddings and gatherings. Additional facilities include a swimming pool, spa, and 24-hour in-room dining.
