Rolta India Limited has announced significant changes to its board of directors following the approval of its resolution plan. The Monitoring Committee, in a meeting held on December 20, 2025, approved the appointment of Mr. Yuvraj Goenka, Mr. Deepak Chauhan, and Mr. Nagamallesh Gattu as non-executive, non-independent directors. These new directors will form part of the Interim Board, which will operate under the guidance of the Monitoring Committee until the Transfer Date. The appointments are effective immediately, and their terms will extend up to the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Concurrently, the company noted the cessation of Mr. Kamal Krishan Singh as the managing director and Mr. Rangarajan Sundaram as the executive director. Their cessation became effective from December 18, 2025, as per the National Company Law Tribunal's (NCLT) approval order. Mr. Yuvraj Goenka brings experience from Welspun World's real estate business, Mr. Deepak Chauhan has a legal and ethics background within the Welspun Group, and Mr. Nagamallesh Gattu has extensive experience in complex transactions, valuations, and M&A, particularly in the real estate sector with Ashdan Properties Private Limited.
