In its reply, the company stated that there is no pending price-sensitive information or announcement that could have caused the observed price fluctuation.

Rollatainers Limited informed the exchange that the movement in its share price is purely market driven. The company assured the exchange that it will continue to comply with applicable regulations by promptly disclosing all required information and announcements as and when necessary.
