RITES Limited has announced significant changes within its senior management team, effective April 8, 2026. Mrs. Shobhana Palli, previously General Manager (GM)/Civil & Regional Head of SRPO, has been transferred. She has taken over charge as Vertical Head/RI & Metro in the RI Vertical, Gurgaon. Mrs. Palli brings over 31 years of professional experience in Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering, having joined RITES in June 1995. Concurrently, Colonel Mahesh Narayan, formerly GM/Civil, has been transferred from the RI Vertical, Gurgaon, to SRPO/Bangalore. He has assumed the role of Regional Head, SRPO, Southern Region. Colonel Mahesh Narayan is an IIT Delhi alumnus with over 30 years of experience in infrastructure strategy, particularly in airport infrastructure and pavement engineering. His career includes contributions to over 140 facilities across 30+ airports globally and leading multi-billion rupee transport and airport projects in India. He is noted for his leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects. Both individuals are considered part of the Senior Management of the Company.
