Responsive Industries Limited announced that Mr. Bhavneet Singh Chadha, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons.

The company has placed on record its appreciation for Mr. Chadha's contributions during his tenure.

Responsive Industries is currently in the process of appointing a new candidate for the CFO & KMP position and will inform the stock exchanges in due course. Mr. Chadha confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated. His resignation is effective from the close of business hours on January 12, 2026.
