* Mr. Krishna Murari Poddar, Independent Director of Techno Electric & Engineering Company Limited, resigned effective from 19 November 2025. * He also ceased to be the Chairman of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. * His resignation is due to age-related ailments and other managerial and social commitments. * Mr. Poddar confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation.
