Remsons Industries Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, 1st January, 2026. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending on 31st December, 2025. The trading window will reopen after the stipulated 48-hour period following the announcement of the financial results. The company will separately intimate the date of the Board meeting convened to consider and approve these financial results.
