Reliance Power Limited has informed the stock exchanges that the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has initiated a forensic audit of the Company. This audit is in relation to alleged violations of the SEBI Act, 1992, SCRA, 1956, and Companies Act, 2013. The company has submitted this disclosure to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
