Reliance Communications Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be closed for Directors, Designated Persons, their Immediate Relatives, and Connected persons from January 01, 2026. It will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
