Refex Industries Limited has announced its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, July 31, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting agenda includes the adoption of the audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, both standalone and consolidated, along with the Board of Directors' and Auditors' reports. A final dividend of ₹1 per equity share (50% of face value) for the financial year 2025-26 is proposed for approval.
