* Re-appointment of Mr. Parag Bhise (DIN: 08719754) as a Whole-Time Director and CEO of the Company for a further period of 2 years w.e.f. April 01, 2026, to March 31, 2028, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company. * Amendment in Superannuation policy of the Company for Senior management keeping in view the Succession plan and to ensure retention and continuity in critical leadership positions. * The superannuation age for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) shall be 63 years. * The superannuation age for Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), Senior Management (apart from CEO) and other critical positions (as may be decided by NRC) shall be 62 years.
