This allotment is pursuant to the exercise of vested stock options under the Bank's ESOP Scheme(s). Following this allotment, the Bank's paid-up share capital has increased. The total number of equity shares has risen from 61,71,56,479 to 61,74,97,910, with the aggregate value increasing from ₹617,15,64,790 to ₹617,49,79,100.
