Harmohan Sahni, CEO of Raymond Realty, stated that this launch is a strategic step to expand beyond established luxury markets and shape Mumbai’s growth corridors. He highlighted the project's potential for long-term value creation and its contribution to the company's asset-light expansion model. Wadala's connectivity and the project's focus on lifestyle ecosystems are expected to drive demand and investor returns. The development features 31-storey towers offering 2 and 3 BHK luxury residences, along with approximately 10,500 sq. ft. of high-street retail space. A significant aspect is the 1.7 lac sq.ft. of recreational area, which includes a 45,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and over 50 lifestyle amenities such as a pool, golf simulator, mini theatre, and sports facilities. The project is RERA approved and designed to offer a low-density luxury experience. Connectivity is a key feature, with easy access to the Eastern Freeway, Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL), Monorail, and upcoming Metro Lines 4 & 11. This facilitates quick travel to business districts like BKC and Lower Parel. The project also adheres to Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) sustainability standards. Raymond Realty, part of the Raymond Group, has developed over 10 million sq. ft. and sold more than 5,500 homes in its seven years of operation. The company aims to compound growth through execution excellence and disciplined capital deployment, reinforcing its brand equity in aspirational and luxury housing segments.
