Raymond Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure will be effective from Thursday, January 1, 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Company's financial results for the Third Quarter and Nine months ending December 31, 2025. The decision is in accordance with the Internal Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trades by Designated Persons and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The specific date for the announcement of the financial results will be communicated in due course. Furthermore, as per SEBI circulars dated July 19, 2023, and April 21, 2025, the PAN of designated persons and their immediate relatives will be frozen by the National Securities Depository Limited for trading in the Company's securities during the trading window closure period.
