The company also reported consolidated results. For the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, consolidated profit after tax was ₹4,286 lakhs (₹428.6 crore), down from ₹6,417 lakhs (₹641.7 crore) in the prior year. Consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter rose to ₹1,84,872 lakhs (₹1,848.72 crore) from ₹1,75,421 lakhs (₹1,754.21 crore) year-on-year. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, consolidated profit after tax was ₹9,823 lakhs (₹982.3 crore), up from ₹8,314 lakhs (₹831.4 crore) in the previous year. Consolidated revenue from operations for the nine months increased to ₹5,11,155 lakhs (₹5,111.55 crore) from ₹4,68,259 lakhs (₹4,682.59 crore) in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. An exceptional item of loss amounting to ₹4,268 lakhs (₹426.8 crore) was recognized in the standalone results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, primarily due to the statutory impact of New Labour Codes. The consolidated results also reflect an exceptional item of loss of ₹5,682 lakhs (₹568.2 crore) for the same period.
