Ratnaveer Precision Engineering Limited held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Saturday, January 10, 2026, via video conferencing. The meeting was convened to approve the issuance of 72,32,704 warrants to promoters and the promoter group on a preferential basis.

All members were given the opportunity to vote on the resolution through remote e-voting and e-voting during the EGM. The remote e-voting period was from January 7, 2026, 9:00 AM IST to January 9, 2026, 5:00 PM IST. The e-voting facility was also available during the EGM and for 15 minutes after its conclusion.

TNT & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, were appointed as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process. Their report, dated January 12, 2026, confirmed that the resolution to approve the issuance of warrants was duly approved by the members with the requisite majority. The voting results indicated overwhelming support, with promoters and promoter group voting in favor with 100.0000% of their polled votes, and public institutions and non-institutions also showing strong approval.
