Consolidated total income from operations was ₹1,06,583.34 lakh. The company also reported an exceptional item of ₹1,820.42 lakh due to the statutory impact of new labour codes, affecting both standalone and consolidated results. The Board of Directors met on February 6, 2026, to approve these results. Concurrently, the company informed that the trading window for dealing in its securities would re-open 48 hours after the publication of the financial results. The company has also granted stock options to eligible employees of Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Limited and its subsidiary, Ratnamani Finow Spooling Solutions Private Limited, under Grant II, with an exercise price of ₹1,836 per share. Additionally, a subsidiary, Ratnamani Middle East Company, LLC, was incorporated in Saudi Arabia during the quarter, though it has not yet commenced operations and no investment has been made.
