RateGain Travel Technologies Limited has announced strategic appointments to its global People & Culture leadership team to support its next phase of growth. Ashu Sharma has been appointed as Senior Vice President, People & Culture (APMEA), Nathan Sheranian as Vice President, People & Culture (Americas), and Bilal Ahmed as Vice President – Talent Acquisition.

Ashu Sharma, with prior experience at Adobe and Vodafone, will manage Corporate HR, People Business Partnering across APMEA, and Workplace Experience. Nathan Sheranian, who has over two decades of global HR leadership experience with companies like GE, Cisco, and Freshworks, will lead People & Culture for the Americas, focusing on leadership development, learning, and diversity and inclusion. Bilal Ahmed, a seasoned talent acquisition leader with international experience, will head RateGain’s Talent Acquisition function, bringing expertise in in-house hiring, executive search, and RPO.
