Shri Anupam Sonawane, who held the designation of General Manager (Purchase, Contract Cell & MS& IT), has retired from his position due to superannuation. The effective date of his retirement was March 1, 2026. This change in senior management has been communicated to the stock exchanges in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company has provided the necessary details regarding the personnel and the event to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).
