Rashi Peripherals Limited announced significant changes to its board of directors following a meeting held on February 3, 2026. The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Rajesh Goenka as an Additional Director, designated as Whole-Time Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company. This appointment is effective immediately and will be for a term of five consecutive years, from February 3, 2026, to February 2, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Goenka brings over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, holding a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Pune University. He has been with Rashi Peripherals since 2008 and has played a crucial role in its growth, contributing to a consistent double-digit CAGR for over two decades. He is not related to any other Director of the Company and is not debarred from holding a director's office by any authority. Additionally, the Board appointed Dr. Indumati Gopinathan as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. Her tenure will commence on February 3, 2026, and will continue until the conclusion of the Company's 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM), also subject to shareholder approval. Dr. Gopinathan is an experienced pathologist with MBBS and MD degrees from Seth G.S. Medical College, Mumbai. She has held leadership positions in various healthcare organizations, including top hospitals and professional pathology bodies. She is currently an Independent Director at Thyrocare Technologies Limited and has pioneered telemedicine initiatives. She is not related to any Director of the Company and is not debarred from holding a director's office. Both appointments were made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
