The consolidated profit after tax for the quarter was ₹1,356.89 lakhs, a decrease from ₹2,090.47 lakhs in the prior year's quarter. For the nine-month period, the consolidated profit after tax was ₹1,595.86 lakhs. An exceptional item of ₹940.83 lakhs was recorded in the current standalone quarter, pertaining to the one-time impact of New Labour Codes effective November 21, 2025. Similarly, a consolidated exceptional item of ₹1,043.33 lakhs was recognized for the same reason.
