Ramco Systems Limited announced on February 05, 2026, that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Commercial Aerospace business of ST Engineering. This strategic partnership aims to co-create next-generation digital solutions for the global aviation industry and forge a long-term digital partnership. As part of the collaboration, both companies will explore the feasibility of establishing a jointly operated Competency Centre and Innovation Lab in Singapore. This facility is intended to drive digital innovation and AI-enabled solutions within aviation Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO). The partnership combines ST Engineering's extensive domain expertise in Airframe, Engine, and Component MRO, along with its OEM and engineering solutions, with Ramco's aviation product suite and agentic AI platform capabilities.
