Rama Phosphates Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a profit after tax of ₹14.03 crore for the quarter, compared to ₹3.66 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹237.99 crore, an increase from ₹179.61 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, the company posted a profit after tax of ₹47.34 crore, a significant rise from ₹8.42 crore in the same period last year. Total income for the nine months was ₹67.47 crore, up from ₹54.35 crore in the prior year period.

The Board of Directors meeting commenced at 2:30 p.m. and concluded at 3:00 p.m. on January 14, 2026, where these results were approved. The company also received Environmental Clearance for a new Greenfield project at Dhule to manufacture SSP Fertilizer and Sulphuric Acid, with trial production expected by the 4th quarter of FY2026. Additionally, the lease agreement for the Nimbahera manufacturing unit has been extended for a further five years, commencing December 9, 2026.
