Mr. Rajashekharan Nair has resigned from his position as Head H.R. and Administration. His resignation is effective from the closure of business hours on January 19, 2026.

Mr. Nair's resignation letter, dated December 6, 2025, indicates that he is pursuing other opportunities. He has been with the company since November 12, 2018. He expressed gratitude for the opportunities and support received during his tenure and assured a smooth transition of responsibilities.
