Ltd., where she managed operations leading to an annual turnover exceeding ₹100 Crores. Her career includes roles at Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd., Escorts JCB Ltd., and Secure Meters Ltd., with extensive experience in HR, operations, finance, compliance, and strategic planning. She has a strong focus on corporate governance, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement, and has managed numerous third-party audits. Ms. Ramakrishnan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources. She is not debarred from holding the office of director by any SEBI order or other authority.
