Rainbow Children’s Medicare Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company has shared an earnings presentation with analysts and investors detailing both standalone and consolidated financial performance. For the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26), Rainbow reported a revenue of ₹4,454.5 crore, a 11.9% year-on-year increase from ₹3,980.8 crore in Q3 FY25. EBITDA stood at ₹1,469.8 crore, up 9.4% YoY, and Profit After Tax (PAT) was ₹739.0 crore, a 7.2% increase from the previous year. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025 (9M FY26), total revenue was ₹12,431.8 crore, an 8.5% increase from ₹11,457.6 crore in 9M FY25. EBITDA for the nine-month period was ₹3,994.6 crore, up 6.5% YoY, and PAT was ₹2,033.3 crore, an 8.3% increase from the prior year. Operationally, the company saw an 18% YoY increase in IP Discharges and a 10% YoY increase in OP Consultations for the nine-month period. Occupancy rates for new hospitals stood at 46.6% in 9M FY26, with an ARPOB of ₹2.71. Matured hospitals reported an occupancy rate of 50.8% with an ARPOB of ₹2.66. The company also highlighted key developments including the onboarding of Mr. Abrarali Dalal as Group CEO and the commencement of operations for a new 100-bed hospital in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. The expansion plan includes adding approximately 790 beds by FY29 across various cities.
