RailTel Corporation of India Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares. This closure will be effective from Tuesday, March 3, 2026. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the second interim dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2025-26. Consequently, all designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised against engaging in any transaction involving the sale or purchase of RailTel's equity shares during this period. This intimation is in accordance with the company's Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
