RailTel Corporation of India Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in equity shares. This closure will be effective from Thursday, January 1, 2026. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025. All Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives are advised not to engage in any transaction involving the sale or purchase of RailTel's equity shares during this specified period.
