RailTel Corporation of India Limited has informed the stock exchanges about changes in its senior management personnel. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, three key individuals, Dr. Sharad Sharma, Sh. Deepak Prakash Garg, and Sh. Ramphool Chandel, have been redesignated.

These redesignations are effective from January 10, 2026. As a result of their new roles, they will no longer be considered part of the senior management as defined under Regulation 16 (1) (d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015. Despite this change in designation, all three individuals will continue their association with RailTel in different capacities. Dr. Sharad Sharma will continue as ED/TM/ADI/WR/RCIL, Sh. Deepak Prakash Garg as ED/POM/NR/RCIL, and Sh. Ramphool Chandel as ED/TM/Jaipur/NR/RCIL.

The company has submitted the requisite details as per SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024, enclosed as an annexure to the filing.
