RailTel Corporation of India Limited has announced the promotion of Ms. Madhulika Pathak, currently Executive Director/Finance, to the position of Principal Executive Director/Finance. This promotion is effective from the date she assumes charge of the higher post, making her a part of the company's Senior Management Personnel.

Ms. Pathak holds a graduation from SRCC, Delhi University, and is a qualified Cost Accountant. She brings over 36 years of extensive experience in finance, having worked with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) like RITES and IRCON, as well as in the private sector with KEC. Her experience includes managing finance for various foreign projects of IRCON and DMRC projects, and she has also worked for KEC's South Asia Division. In her current role at RailTel, she is responsible for policy framing, marketing finance, capital investment decisions, and tendering. She also assists in handling domestic and international business opportunities across IT/ICT, Railway Infra, Smart Cities, Data Centre & Cloud, and Cybersecurity.

Ms. Pathak joined RailTel on September 4, 2013, as Additional General Manager/Finance. The promotion to Principal Executive Director/Finance is effective January 13, 2026.
