R M Drip and Sprinklers Systems Limited has announced its Board of Directors has approved the proposed acquisition of Brahmanand Pipes Private Limited (BPPL).

The acquisition is strategically aimed at manufacturing a new range of products to meet growing demand. BPPL, incorporated on March 6, 2025, is a private limited company engaged in the manufacture, storage, and distribution of pipes and related products.

The transaction does not fall under related party transactions. Mrs. Surekha Nivrutti Kedar (Promoter) and Ms. Anuja Nivrutti Kedar (Promoter Group) are shareholders and directors of BPPL.

The total consideration for the acquisition is approximately ₹10,00,000 (10 Lakhs). R M Drip and Sprinklers Systems Limited will acquire 1,00,000 Equity Shares of ₹10 each, resulting in a 100% equity shareholding in BPPL upon closing.

No governmental or regulatory approvals are required for this acquisition. The transaction is expected to be completed within 30 days of the announcement. The Board Meeting commenced at 6 pm IST and concluded at 8:45 pm IST on January 12, 2026.
