Quick Heal Technologies Limited has announced a change in the constitution of its statutory auditors. M S K A & Associates, Chartered Accountants, has converted into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, effective January 13, 2026. The firm will now be known as M S K A & Associates LLP, with ICAI Firm Registration Number 105047W/W101187. This change is solely in the constitution of the auditing firm, and there is no alteration in the engagement with the auditors. M S K A & Associates LLP will continue to serve as the statutory auditors for the remainder of their approved tenure.
