Quadrant Future Tek Limited has announced the completion of the dispatch of its Postal Ballot Notice. This notice, dated January 10, 2026, seeks approval from its members via electronic voting only, in accordance with Section 108 and 110 of the Companies Act, 2013, and relevant SEBI regulations.

The company confirmed that the process of sending the Postal Ballot Notice along with remote e-voting instructions was completed on January 13, 2026. This was sent via email to all members whose email addresses are registered and who appeared in the Register of Members or list of Beneficial Owners as of January 9, 2026, the cut-off date.

The e-voting period will commence on January 15, 2026, at 9:00 AM IST and conclude on February 13, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST. Members are informed that physical copies of the notice and ballot forms will not be sent. The company has appointed Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) as the e-voting agency. M/s. Girish Madan & Associates has been appointed as the Scrutinizer for the voting process. The results of the postal ballot will be declared within two working days of the conclusion of remote e-voting and will be displayed on the company's website and communicated to the stock exchanges.
