Puravankara Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, M/s. Starworth Infrastructure & Construction Limited (SICL), has received a Letter of Intent for the construction of a residential project named "Sattva AANGANE" in East Taluk, Bangalore. The project involves an approximate built-up area of 30,36,458 sq. ft. and has an approximate contract value of ₹311.18 crore.

The construction is expected to be completed within 37 months. The order has been awarded by M/s. Sattva Resi Private Limited, a domestic entity. SICL will undertake this as an item rate contract. Puravankara Limited confirmed that neither the promoter nor its group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the contract, and it does not fall under related party transactions.

This significant contract win is anticipated to bolster SICL's order book and contribute to Puravankara Limited's overall growth trajectory in the real estate sector.
