Punjab & Sind Bank has announced that it is publishing a notice in newspapers regarding the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of its shareholders. This notice is in continuation of their earlier intimation dated December 23, 2025, which stated that the EGM would be held on January 21, 2026. The bank has forwarded a copy of the newspaper publication, which appeared in the Business Standard (Hindi and English editions) on December 24, 2025, for the reference of the stock exchanges. The EGM is scheduled to take place on January 21, 2026.
