PSP Projects Limited announced that the resolution to appoint M/S. G. K. Choksi & Co. as the Joint Statutory Auditors has been approved by the members through postal ballot. The appointment is to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/S. Prakash B. Sheth & Co. and will be effective until the ensuing Annual General Meeting in 2026. The resolution was passed with the requisite majority, with 99.13% of the votes cast in favour and 0.87% against. The last date for remote e-voting was January 16, 2026.
