Protean eGov Technologies Limited announced that its Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Suresh Sethi, has tendered his resignation, effective March 31, 2026. Mr. Sethi's tenure was marked by the company's transformation into a leading Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) company, including its successful public listing and rebranding.

As part of the transition, Mr. V Easwaran, currently Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, will assume charge as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2026. The Board of Directors expressed their appreciation for Mr. Sethi's contributions and leadership during a period of significant growth and transformation for the company.
